Therapist Adherence Measure (TAM) Call Center
ABH® conducts telephone surveys for families receiving Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) services in Connecticut, as recommended by the Multi-Systemic Therapy Institute (MSTI).
A sophisticated and state-of-the-art management information system developed by ABH specifically for the TAM Call Center supports calling operations and provides accurate, comprehensive, and timely data and reports on the model’s usage and effectiveness.
ABH currently provides TAM calling services for 45 MST teams in Connecticut, New Mexico, and Washington. In addition, ABH provides calling services to families in Colorado and New Mexico who have completed MST treatment to collect follow up surveys at 6-month and 12-month post discharge intervals.
